Jason was our technician. Our AC was completely dead in the middle of a heat wave. We were sure the entire unit would need to be replaced. He quickly found that it was just an electrical cord issue. He fixed the issue and we were cool once again HALLELUJAH !!!! He also found that the last technican that came out 3 years prior put in the fan backwards! We live in a condominium and have learned our furnace from 2005 is no longer being made, and replacements don't fit in the current space. So when the blower went out, we were concerned, but High Road Heating & Cooling came to our rescue, finding the needed parts. Jason, our tech, was both personable and professional! And now our 2005 furnace is equipped with a new blower and motherboard, making this 2005 unit virtually new!

Everything went well. The installers were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and engaging. Questions and concerns were promptly addressed. Installation of the new furnace and AC system was flawless. By the time the electrician arrived they were ready for him to do his work. The work place was kept free of excess debris, safety procedures were adhered to and when everything was said and done the job site was cleaned up. I have no complaints and I am pleased with everything.
